Loren moved from Vancouver BC to Los Angeles in 1986 and immediately became a force to be reckoned with in the LA Nightlife. Partnering with Frederic & Nicolas Meschin ( The Little Door ) “Les Enfants Terrible”, as they were dubbed, opened some of the most memorable supper clubs the city has ever know ~ Flaming Colossus, Po Na Na Souk and Bo Kaos to name a few. Loren was also instrumental in the opening of The House of Blues Sunset Strip. Dennis Miller asked Loren to segment produce on The Dennis Miller Show airing on KTLA. Loren took to that role like a fish to water but when the series was cancelled she decided to return to her roots and open a restaurant. For the last 17 years Loren Dunsworth owned and operated one of the most successful of Hollywood haunts ~ the infamous Lola’s in West Hollywood. The list of celebrities that donned Lola’s doorstep is an eclectic mix of Hollywood royalty, rock & roll and TV stars from Brad Pitt and Robert DeNiro to Tim Conway, Harvey Koreman and Don Knotts; Michael Stipe and Rod Stewart to Michael Buble and Bonnie Raitt; the cast of Friends to the Kardashians to the cast of The Hills; Dennis Miller and Jerry Seinfeld, the list goes on and on … no one was immune to the lure of those “intoxicating” Martini’s. When Loren sold Lola’s, she joined Proven Talent and without skipping a beat, dove right back into booking and producing talent.
