Rebecca’s career began at dick clark productions where she focused on award shows such as the American Music Awards, World Music Awards, Miss USA, the Academy of Country Music Awards, and the Golden Globe Awards. She managed LIVE performances, presenter schedules, creative elements, budgets, and technical details for artists, personalities, and A-list talent. With that experience, she joined the management team on the Britney Spears’ Circus World Tour in 2009 and traveled the world on nearly 100 live shows. She then transitioned into full time artist management under Larry Rudolph of ReignDeer Entertainment (at that time part of Irving Azoff’s Front Line Management). She also continued working on TV, Film and outside music projects, producing the CW music Special “The Gulf is Back” “Pac Sun’s Beach Ballyhoo Music Festival,” and also worked on “Taking Chance” TV Movie, and “The Comedy Festival” for HBO. Lambrecht’s work with Britney Spears included two album cycles and the production of the Femme Fatale CD, 3D DVD, world tour, and five videos: “Three,” “Hold It Against Me,” “Till The World Ends,” “I Wanna Go,” and “Criminal.” Within Spears’ management company, she worked with other artists such as Lindsay Lohan, Victoria Justice, DJ Pauly D, & DJ Skribble. Rebecca launched a hybrid entertainment company in April 2012, called the Chicane Group that focuses on management, consulting and producing. In 2013, Rebecca Lambrecht and established talent producer, Colleen Grillo teamed up to create PROVEN TALENT, concentrating on talent booking and logistics. In the fall of 2013, Rebecca joined forces once again with Larry Rudolph at Maverick where she manages rock icon, Steven Tyler; including both his longstanding career with Aerosmith, all of his solo endeavors and philanthropic efforts. She continues an active role at the helm of Proven Talent in a consulting and business development capacity.
